When companies mess up- residents should no longer automatically pick up the bill

I’m fed up with the assumption that when water companies fail, the cost should automatically be passed on to consumers.

I asked the Minister whether the Government’s new water plan will finally ensure that when companies mess up, my constituents are no longer left footing the bill.
