Home Office failing as17,000 emails wait for a response for MP’s constituents.
The Minister says that the Home Office terrible performance in responding to MP’s emails is due to crises in Afghanistan and Ukraine, but their figures show only 52% responses on target months before the Afghan crisis. 17,000 emails awaiting a response for MP’s constituents. In response to my written question the Government have confirmed that they were not involved in “commercial discussions on the sale of Newcastle United Football Club” whilst saying Ministers “kept in touch with both parties involved in the potential acquisition” ???
