Great to visit Newcastle University’s Westgate Health Innovation Neighbourhood (on the old General Hospital site) to see their plans for a site with innovation, employment, people and sustainability at the heart. The Health Innovation Neighbourhood will include 1,200 new homes and at least one GP surgery, with local residents involved in planning.
