Government Act has delayed Home Office processing applications – confirmed
This week the Prime Minister praised the Nationality & Borders Act, brought in by his Party. At the same time, the Home Office are telling us this Act caused delays, in their own words, a “direct impact” on the ability to process claims. We’ve had emails citing the Act apologising for delays.
