Trade deals with India and USA

This, the second major trade deal in days, is good for UK automotive, steel and farming. VE Day 80th Anniversary

80 years ago today, the freedoms we enjoy were secured by our remarkable WWII generation. In Newcastle and across the country, we honour the courage and sacrifice of those who served and salute the extraordinary people that liberated Europe to ensure we continue to live in peace
