The closure of the cafe Morrisons in Cowgate has raised concerns. I visited the store to speak with staff and customers. While staff will receive support for new roles, customers highlighted the lack of alternatives!

It was great seeing the children from Hawthorn and Bridgewater Primary School’s perform at the Glass House in Gateshead, with In Harmony North East who provide free, weekly music lessons to over seven hundred children in Newcastle. This is an enriching chance for children to discover a love for music.
