Asylum seekers – waiting over one year – now given 20 days to return questionnaire of 50 questions – many already answered over 12 months ago

Asylum-seeking constituents have been sent a 50 Questions questionnaire threatening their removal if it is not returned in 20 days. This is despite those same applicants having waited well over 1 year for a decision on their claim and with many of the questions already being asked over a year ago.
