The Assembly Rooms and Marco Pierre White at Hotel Indigo in Newcastle hosted a street party to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The band, ‘The Vieux Carre Jazzmen’ kindly offered Chi a lesson on the banjo (don’t worry, she won’t be giving up the day job anytime soon).
